Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all products. Please note, returns or exchanges can only be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be defective or damaged.
- Returns should be sent via certified mail.
- We accept returns for items with issues such as printing errors, incorrect items (wrong size, color, design, style, etc.), or defects.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and carefully packed for shipping.
- An invoice must be included with your return.
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
Please do not send your package back without our permission. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. -
Provide Supporting Evidence:
Please take clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging, including the QR code or cover package, and email them to us at [email protected]. Be sure to explain why you’re requesting a refund or replacement. -
Wait for Approval:
We will respond to your request within 24 hours. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if we issue a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost, but you will still be responsible for any initial shipping charges.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- For PayPal: Refunds will be processed immediately after confirmation.
- For Debit/Credit Cards: The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we’ll refund the full amount, including the initial shipping charges.
